Question: What type of payments do you accept?

Answer: Currently, the Sinfonia Store only accepts Credit Card or Debit Card payments. There are current plans to soon allow for electronic check payments, be sure to check back soon for more information! 


Question: How can I utilize my Life Loyal Sinfonia Store discount?

Answer: As a verified LifeLoyal member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, you are entitled to a lifetime 15% discount on all items from the Sinfonia Store (recruit (5) five new members to LifeLoyal membership and earn a 25% discount - for life!). To utilize your LifeLoyal discount, you must first register an account with the Sinfonia Store. Once you have an account active, please contact the National Headquarters at (812) 867-2433 and ask to be added to the Sinfonia Store's LifeLoyal list. Once your valid LifeLoyal membership status has been verified, your account will be granted the appropriate discount for all future orders.

Question: Can I order Initiation Ritual books or equipment through the Sinfonia Store?

Answer: To ensure the secrecy of the Initiation Ritual, these items can only be ordered on MySinfonia. Chapter officers in good standing may purchase ritual materials on MySinfonia.org. The order form is under the Chapter heading. Should you have any questions or additional concerns, contact the Sinfonia Store via email at store@sinfonia.org or by telephone at 1 (812) 867-2433 Ext. 106.


Question: What is your policy on returns or exchanges?

Answer: For most items, the standard return policy is 30 days from order. Official membership pins can be replaced for up to (6) six months. You can view our complete return policy and procedures at the following page: Shipping & Returns.


Question: Where can I purchase the upgraded, higher quality, 10K and gold clad crown set pins?

Answer: You can order these pins, along with chapter guards, officer dangles, rings, and other accessory jewelry at Herff Jones.Product price, terms, and conditions subject to change by Herff Jones Greek®.


Question: Where can I find tracking information for my order?

Answer: There are several ways to track your shipment. Once your order has been packaged and shipped out from the Sinfonia Store, you will automatically receive an email notification to the address your registered on the website that will provide any tracking information that might be available for your order.
